The Native Village of Kotzebue (NVOK) is seeking proposals from qualified individuals and or firms to provide Construction Services for an existing single family home for the following work: demolition & disposal of existing home, water & sewer relocation of up to 30′ with a new 28 x 46’x 18″ gravel pad with geo textile fabric.

Proposals will be accepted until 4:30 P.M. April 28, 2023 at the NVOK office. Proposals received after the deadline will be rejected and returned un-opened. Please submit original proposal and one (1) black and white unbound reproducible copy. Proposals may be submitted VIA: US Postal Service Express or Priority Mail, provided delivery is completed by the deadline stated above or hand delivered to the Native Village of Kotzebue Office. Fax and/or email will NOT be accepted. All proposals are to be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed as indicated below and marked “RFP 23-01 – Demo/WS/G Construction Services”.
The Native Village of Kotzebue reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any informalities in responses of the Native Village of Kotzebue’s exclusive discretion, for any reason not prohibited by law.
